Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment - $200
Individual Counseling - $150/hour *ask about my sliding scale options!
Clinical Supervision - $100/hour

My rates are dependent on a variety of factors. I understand that there are many financial and systemic barriers to accessing quality mental health care. I am happy to discuss these factors and explore low-cost/sliding scale options as necessary.

If I am not in network with your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for our sessions, which you can submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.

Please note that in order to bill insurance, I will be required to render and submit a diagnosis as a part of your medical record. If you have any concerns or questions regarding diagnosis and health insurance, please reach out to me to discuss your options.

Payment

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment, which will be required at time of service. I do require that a valid credit card is kept on file.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, I request that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window prior to your session are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not attend our appointment and have not cancelled, you will be charged your full session fee.
