In individual counseling, we will work together to explore your desired outcomes and the most appropriate path towards achieving them. Together we will create a treatment plan based on your unique needs to provide a path towards relief from symptoms and reconnection to self.

I am happy to offer sessions through telehealth for Idaho residents who are unable to access in-person care. I can utilize phone calls, as well as video calls through a HIPAA-compliant platform, that you can easily access from your phone, laptop, or tablet.

I am registered with the Idaho State Licensing Board of Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists to provide clinical supervision for individuals pursuing licensure in Idaho. I offer clinical supervision for those seeking initial licensure, as well as supervision for post-graduate licensed counselors seeking their clinical license.
